Payout Date Forecaster

Enter your last settlement date and cycle, and see when the next six Amazon payouts should close and land in your bank — with a rough deposit amount for each.

How to use this tool & where to get the input
Input — from your Amazon seller account
Your last deposit date is in Payments → Payments Dashboard → Statement view — the settlement closing date and the amount deposited to your bank.
Steps
  1. Enter the date of your last settlement, your cycle (7-day standard, 14-day, or daily), and average sales per day.
  2. Adjust deductions %, reserve % and bank-credit delay if yours differ.
  3. Read the headline for your next deposit, and the table for the next 6 settlement closes and estimated bank-credit dates.
Reserve ⓘ — Amazon holds back a slice of each settlement (unshipped orders + A-to-Z claim reserve) and releases it in the following one.
Gross / cycle: ₹35,000 − Deductions (22%): ₹7,700 − New reserve held (5%): ₹1,365 + Prior reserve released: ₹1,365

Estimates only — actual settlement timing, cycle changes and reserve amounts are controlled by Amazon and can shift with unshipped orders, claims and bank holidays (only weekends are skipped here). Deposits assume steady daily sales, so each cycle's new holdback is offset by the previous cycle's release.
