Amazon Label Extractor
Labels extracted
Drop your Amazon label PDF(s) and get clean, print-ready pages. Labels come out SKU-wise by default (unrecognised ones go last), every label carries its SKU | Qty and a page number so the stack is easy to verify, and invoice pages are detected and handled per your choice below.
How to use this tool & where to get the input
Input — from your Amazon seller account
Orders → Manage Orders → tick your unshipped Easy Ship orders → Print label & invoice — Amazon downloads the label PDF. Drop that file here (several files at once is fine).
Steps- Drop the PDF — labels come out SKU-wise by default (switch to Qty or original order if you prefer), and invoice pages are recognised.
- Pick the output: 4×6 thermal, or A4 with 1 or 4 labels per sheet; choose whether invoices are skipped, attached, or a separate PDF.
- Keep "SKU | Qty on label" and "Page numbers" on — packers see the product, and 1 / 2 / 3… makes the printed stack easy to count and verify. The SKU | Qty prints after the invoice table (like Amazon's own caption) by default, or in a top/bottom strip; add the Order List page first or last.
- Check the preview, download, print.
🔒 Private by design — PDFs are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. Most label-cropping sites send your PDFs (with your customers' names and addresses) to their servers; this one can't, even in principle.
