These Terms govern your use of Seller Tools India (the “Service”), a website that provides calculators and reports for sellers on Amazon India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service offers free calculators and utilities (profit, fees, label cropping, order printing, keyword and link tools) and paid reports (Settlement Analyzer, GST & TCS Report, SKU reports, and Pro analysis features). Free tools require no account. Paid features require an account and an active plan.

2. Free and paid plans

• Free tools are available without login and are provided free of charge.
• Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed in Indian Rupees for a fixed access period (monthly or yearly), paid up front through our payment provider.
• Plans renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless you cancel. This is stated at checkout before payment, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page — cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. Where your bank or payment method does not support automatic payments, the purchase is taken as a one-time payment and no further charge is made.

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. One active session

A paid account may be used on one active session at a time. Logging in on a new device or browser signs out the previous session. This keeps prices low and discourages account sharing. See our Privacy Policy for what device and login information we record for this purpose.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell or sublicense your paid account, or attempt to bypass access controls or payment.
• Do not disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service to defeat its protections.
• Use the Service only for your own lawful selling business.

5. No affiliation with Amazon

Seller Tools India is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. “Amazon” is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.

6. Estimates only — verify your numbers

All calculations, fee rates and report figures are estimates provided for convenience. Rate cards, GST rules and settlement formats change. You are responsible for verifying every figure against your own Amazon Seller Central account and your own chartered accountant (CA) or tax advisor before making business, pricing or filing decisions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or removed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
